What happened

Adobe surveyed 3,000 executives and professionals as well as 4,000 consumers. 25% of consumers among them noted AI platforms as a leading tool for research.

What changes

Research stops occurring only in search engines, marketplaces and networks. The AI can become a layer that synthesizes several sources before the user visits a site.

Why it matters

If the content of a brand isn't clear, current and verifiable, you can lose presence before there's even a click.

Implications for businesses

For Mexico, public information describing the company should be audited: site, products, locations, FAQs, policies, cases, reviews and outside sources.

One Rhino’s take

Traffic continues to matter but it's no longer the only sign. It's also important that information from the company can be properly understood and quoted even if the first interaction happens outside the site.
