One Rhino

Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026.

1. Operator and privacy contact

This policy brings together the operator's identifying information and the contact designated for privacy inquiries so that individuals can direct questions about the collection, use, disclosure and retention of information to the appropriate person. These details relate to the services described here and allow a request to be associated with an account, communication or service without requiring the requester to disclose a password or application secret. For those purposes, the operator of this website is manuel angel garcía hinojosa, doing business as One Rhino, serving clients in San Diego and across the United States. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to ThinkBig@onerhino.net, with a description of the issue and a means of receiving a response.

2. Scope and information we request

This policy covers One Rhino’s public website and the inquiries, subscriptions and service agreements described below. It does not describe internal social-account connections or social-media administration.

The internal blog builder and image library do not request additional personal information from visitors. You can read published articles and view images without subscribing.

Our contact and subscription forms do not ask for card numbers or security codes. If Stripe payments are enabled, payment details will be collected through Stripe’s secure interface. The integration must distinguish card data from the contact, billing and transaction records One Rhino needs to administer the agreement.

3. How we use the information

We use the information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, discuss your project and administer services you engage us to provide. Business and tax details are used for agreements, billing and related obligations.

If you subscribe, we use your email to send blog articles, news, updates and information from One Rhino. These emails may feature our brand, service information and our own announcements within the newsletter. Subscription is voluntary and you may request to unsubscribe.

4. Limits on use

We do not sell, rent or exchange your information for money or other benefits. We do not use information you submit to build audiences for external advertising campaigns or to train artificial-intelligence models.

Sending an inquiry or purchasing a service does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. We use information for the purpose you request or authorize and to fulfill related obligations.

5. Technical service providers

The website and email use Bluehost hosting and email services. The site also incorporates Google Analytics to measure page visits and use. These providers may process technical information or host information needed for their service; this is different from selling them a customer list.

If Stripe payments are enabled, Stripe will process payment information in accordance with its role and privacy policy. Using a payment processor does not remove One Rhino’s obligations concerning the contact, agreement and billing information it retains.

We do not disclose your information for third parties’ own marketing campaigns. Providers actually involved in delivering the service and disclosures needed for applicable legal obligations must be distinguished from that advertising use.

6. Retention

Subscriptions: we retain your email while your subscription remains active and we continue offering the newsletter. When you request to unsubscribe, we stop using it for those emails.

Inquiries and agreements: we retain information while needed to handle the request, provide the service and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. One indefinite period does not apply to all information.

Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails. It does not require destruction of agreement or tax records subject to an applicable retention obligation. You may request deletion of other information; we will explain any necessary retention.

7. Requests and privacy rights

To unsubscribe, use the subject BAJA or UNSUBSCRIBE and email ThinkBig@onerhino.net and identify the subscribed email address. The CRM applies the unsubscribe to the sender when the mailbox is synchronized; it stops newsletter use for both language versions. Regular synchronization runs every 15 minutes, with an additional option for manual synchronization.

You may also ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights that apply to your information. Describe your request and the relevant interaction and provide a reply address. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing records or completing a formal request; an ordinary newsletter unsubscribe request is not treated as a government-ID application.

Privacy rights and the applicable process depend on the relevant law and its coverage. Applicable duties and rights may differ among U.S. states. Do not send passwords, card numbers or secret keys.

8. Browsing information and cookies

In addition to information you type into forms, website operation and measurement may produce technical information, such as pages visited, interactions, browser and device characteristics. Cookies are small files used by a browser for certain functions or measurements.

The site incorporates Google Analytics. Measuring visits to our website is separate from asking a customer for the address of a website they want analyzed. A form checkbox is not treated as blanket authorization for every type of tracking.

Cookie controls

Google Analytics starts when you visit the website to measure visits and website use. We show a compact informational notice. Got it closes the notice without changing your preferences; the × opens Necessary only or Allow measurement options. We remember your response, and you can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Necessary only prevents Analytics measurement but does not remove technical server access logs used for operation and basic hosting statistics; these logs may include IP addresses and are not an individual click-tracking system. We retain saved opt-out choices and honor Global Privacy Control by keeping measurement disabled when that signal is present.

The first-party form-session cookies end with the browser session. We retain your cookie choice in local storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days and without visit-based lifetime renewal. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the website configuration. This cookie lifetime is distinct from Google Analytics report-retention settings.

Bluehost/Newfold provides hosting and email; Google provides optional measurement. Technical information may be processed outside your country under the respective provider’s conditions. See Newfold’s Privacy Notice and Google’s Privacy Policy. These services do not authorize us to sell your contact details.

9. Information we do not request and deletion

The forms described here do not request health information, religious beliefs, sexual preferences or other sensitive personal information. Avoid including such information in an open message field. Do not provide unnecessary personal information about others.

To request deletion, write to the contact above and describe what you want removed. Our response will distinguish information deleted from information retained for applicable obligations. A request is reviewed according to its scope; it is not presented as automatic, immediate erasure of every record and backup.

10. Policy updates

We do not sell or exchange your information. Publishing an update does not change that commitment or automatically authorize a different purpose.

We will publish the updated policy and its effective date on this page. Where applicable law requires direct notice or additional consent, we will complete that step before using information for the new purpose.

This does not mean requesting permission for every wording or design edit. Policy updates do not retroactively authorize different uses of information.
