1. Operator and scope

The identifying details in this section allow users to direct questions about access to the tools, the functions available to them and the scope of a particular service to the relevant operator. They also help associate communications with the account or engagement involved, without replacing the terms of a separately agreed service order or expanding its deliverables. For the service described on this website, the operator is identified as manuel angel garcía hinojosa, doing business as One Rhino, serving clients in San Diego and across the United States. Questions concerning the English-language service may be sent to ThinkBig@onerhino.net, identifying the relevant account or engagement and a way to receive a response.

These terms govern One Rhino’s public website, content, forms and subscriptions. Web design and digital-tool services are provided under the proposal and, where applicable, the agreement accepted for each project.

2. Inquiries and agreements

Submitting a form requests information or a proposal; it does not by itself complete a purchase or authorize a charge. Prices, deliverables, timing, payments, support, duration and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable offer or agreement. These terms do not introduce automatic renewals, penalties or unapproved charges.

3. Website and content use

You may read the website and use its forms for legitimate inquiries. Fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access and unlawful use are prohibited. Text, images, trademarks and examples remain subject to their owners’ rights; their publication here does not grant a commercial reuse license.

4. Information and materials you provide

Provide accurate information and only what is necessary for your request. If you provide text, photographs, trademarks or others’ information for a project, you must have the necessary permissions. Authorization to One Rhino is limited to what is needed to handle the request or deliver the agreed service; it does not by itself transfer ownership of those materials.

5. Newsletter, blog and news

Newsletter subscription is voluntary and requires your email and the acknowledgement shown in the form. It may include articles, news, updates, service information and our own announcements. To unsubscribe, email One Rhino from the subscribed address with the subject BAJA or UNSUBSCRIBE. The request is processed when the message enters the CRM mail synchronization.

6. External services and payments

External links and hosting, email, measurement or payment services are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Payments enabled through Stripe will use its payment interface; do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email or through the contact form. Mentioning a payment feature here does not mean it is already enabled.

7. Availability and results

The website may require maintenance or experience interruptions. Examples illustrate services and do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, revenue or business outcomes. Each project’s commitments are those expressly agreed. Rights and responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded remain in effect.

8. Privacy and contact

Information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You can also read the data deletion instructions. Use the published contact or form for website and service inquiries.

9. Updates

Updated versions will appear here with their effective date. A website update does not by itself change an existing agreement or authorize a different use of information. Where additional notice or acceptance is required, the applicable process will be followed.
